Used shredders: slow-speed and high-speed

A shredder reduces incoming material: wood, green waste, bulky items, mixed refuse, biomass. Two families: the slow single-shaft shredder, which works at high torque and forgives foreign objects, and the high-speed hammer shredder, which yields more on clean material. We sell Doppstadt, Komptech and other shredders, with spare parts in stock.

   The slow single-shaft shredder (Doppstadt DW, Komptech Terminator) has a low-speed rotor with teeth and counter-teeth or a comb: it opens the material without pulverising it and tolerates iron, stones and surprises. It is the pre-shredding machine for refuse, bulky waste, scrap wood and roots. Changing teeth and combs changes the output size.

   The high-speed hammer shredder (Doppstadt AK) has a fast rotor with swinging hammers and a sizing screen basket: it produces homogeneous chips from green waste, prunings, pallets and clean wood at plant-scale throughput. Hammers and basket are the wear parts.

   Every shredder in the catalog is at our Belpasso yard, running: photos show the real condition, what you see is what you buy. Gearboxes, hammers, teeth, counter-teeth and combs are in multi-brand stock, shipped throughout Italy. If the model you need is not listed, our used stock rotates: write to us and we look for it.
