What data we collect
Only what you send us: name, company (optional), email, phone and the content of your message when you use the contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email. The site has no user accounts and collects no profiling data.
Why we use it
To reply to you: quotes, parts and machine availability, assistance. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). No newsletters, no selling or sharing with third parties.
Where messages go
The site is served by Cloudflare (which processes technical data such as IP addresses in security logs); form messages are delivered to our mailbox via Resend. Both providers process data on our behalf under their respective terms.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting negotiation; correspondence then remains archived in our mailbox as ordinary business records.
Cookies and external services
The site uses no profiling cookies. To understand how many visits the site receives we use Cloudflare Web Analytics: aggregate measurement with no cookies, no personal identifiers and no cross-site tracking. The Google map on the About page loads only if you request it with a click: at that point Google may set its own cookies under its own policy. Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored only in your browser.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and object to processing (arts. 15-21 GDPR) by writing to necsrls@hotmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante).
