Used machinery for composting and organic waste
A composting plant needs two machines: a shredder to reduce incoming green and organic material, and a trommel screen to grade mature compost into the required fractions.
Shredding opens up the material and speeds up maturation: slow single-shaft shredders tolerate contaminants and surprises, while high-speed shredders deliver more throughput on clean material.
Screening comes downstream: the trommel separates mature compost from the coarse fraction that goes back into the process. The drum mesh decides the output size.
We buy and resell used, refurbished composting machinery, keep it running at our Belpasso yard and show it live. Spare parts (hammers, ring gears, gearboxes) are in stock for Doppstadt, Komptech and Hammel.
